Unfortunately, I had requested a tire rotation. Down the road I found out that they did not rotate the tires, although they did balance them and the ride was smooth.

Neil and Mike were very helpful. It was rather difficult buying a vehicle online and knowing who to trust, but they came through! We received it today and it is almost as good as I thought. There is a small bubbled-up rust spot on each door, still covered with unbroken paint so I need to keep an eye on them. But Neil said it didn't smell at all like smoke and he was telling the truth! I was very happy with the service I received and quick responses to (many) questions.

The wait was shorter than expected for the recall on my minivan. A kind gentleman filled up the water in the keurig for me. The waiting room is large and has the cutest free library in the form of a vehicle. I will be coming back with books to fill it up. Dick Myers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram made our car buying experience better than we could have ever imagined. We traveled from MD to VA (9 hours total driving in a day) just to buy a specific car in a specific color that only they had within a 200-mile radius from us. We began the process ahead of time via phone and email, the communication was extremely timely and clear. I was lucky enough that during the 2-week process and communicating back and forth, that no one else purchased the vehicle before we could get down there. We were able to confirm the day before that it was still available, and we could come down to look at it and purchase. Before we made the trek down there, they were able to check our finances/credit and tell us we were approved and what our monthly payments would be, as well as giving us an official trade in amount for my current vehicle. Mark (salesman) and Darrel (finance) were the best individuals we have ever worked with when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. They both made our experience seamless, fast, and enjoyable. They were both so very nice and personable. We had to travel down with our 2-year-old, and they couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating; giving her toys and crayons to play with during this process.

Last day of our trip to Harrisonburg ended with a breakdown that resulted in getting our wrangler towed to the dealership on Sunday. I called a spoke with the service manger early the next morning and explained we were stranded with no way home till the jeep got fixed. They had a busy schedule that day but somehow managed to fit it in and luckily it was a small fix to get us on the way. Service Manager was very nice and understanding. Very professional. Technician even came out and showed me what the problem was in case it ever happened again. Thank you! For resolving a unfortunate twist to our vacation plans.
