Married to Susanne and have two wonderful children (now grown) Tracey and Andy.

I started in the automotive business as a sophomore at Montevideo High School. I sold my first new car in 1967 working at Myers Ford, Elkton, our family dealership. Purchased Sheets Chevrolet, Elkton in 1991 and due to the turn down in the economy, closed it in 2009. In 2007 we purchased Hartman Motors in Harrisonburg. Currently, along with my son Andy and nephew Eric Myers we operate Dick Myers Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-RAM-Fiat in Harrisonburg.

I enjoy long distant running, I have run in 22 marathons, including the Boston Marathon in 2008. Golf is also one of my favorite pastimes. My first love is being with and supporting my family in many church and fun activities. We also enjoy supporting and attending University of Virginia sporting events.

My church life has always centered around Mill Creek Church of the Brethren Port Republic. I’ve been attending and supporting Mill Creek my entire life as did my parents.

I graduated from Harrisonburg High School in 1994 and completed my Business Management degree from Bridgewater College in 2000… I have been full time in the car business working with dad ever since…

I enjoy being with my family, long distance running, playing golf, and watching sports… I have always been a University of Virginia Cavaliers fan as well as the Dallas Cowboys…

When we’re not in the Shenandoah Valley, you can find my family and I somewhere warm near a beach or in the ocean… We love Myrtle Beach S.C. and Royal Caribbean Cruises…

Tracey joined her family’s business in 2021.  She came to the dealership with 14 years of banking experience and most recently, managed the Department of Motor Vehicles in Harrisonburg for 9 years.  She attending EMU graduating with a Masters in Organizational Leadership in May 2020.  Currently Tracey & husband Bobby live in Rockingham County. They have two sons Dylan & Justin and a daughter-in-law, Alexis Teter May (married to Dylan).

I started with Dick Myers Chevrolet Pontiac in 2001 in Commercial Sales. I am now Sales Manager for our Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat store.

I play classic rock in a local band and enjoy motorcycle riding.
I have 3 boys who are now “young men”.
The automobile business has been my passion and will likely remain so.
